3. Seat Allocation
3.1. Seats will be allocated solely by the Organiser.
3.2. The Organiser reserves the right to rearrange seat allocations, change the seating plan, or move a ticketed party to alternative seating at any time, at its discretion, without liability to you, provided that the standard or quality of seating is not materially diminished.
3.3. You acknowledge and accept that your allocated seat may differ from what you anticipated or requested.
4. Non-Refundability and Cancellation
4.1. All ticket sales (or payments under invoices) are strictly non-refundable.
4.2. In the event the Buyer fails to use the ticket(s) (for any reason, including illness, travel disruption, personal circumstances), there will be no refund or exchange.
4.3. In the event that the Organiser cancels or postpones the event (for reasons outside our reasonable control), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and make best efforts to offer alternative arrangements (e.g. rescheduled date). In such cases, the Organiser’s liability is limited to refund of the ticket price paid (excluding any bank or transaction fees).

8.2. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs notified to us on time, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.
8.3. Failure to notify us by the deadline may mean we are unable to accommodate dietary needs, and we accept no liability in such cases.
9. Cloakroom Disclaimer
9.1. Any cloakroom facilities provided at the venue are managed by the venue, not the Organiser.
9.2. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss of, or damage to, items left in a cloakroom or elsewhere at the venue.
