Entry Criteria

• Entry to the Christmas Party Awards is £195 + VAT per entry
• The business entering the award must be located and trading in London’s 32 boroughs’ or the City of London.
• A business may be entered in any number of relevant categories but each entry must be accompanied by an entry form and the entry fee
• There is no limit to the number of entries one company may enter but a venue can be shortlisted for a maximum of 5 entries. Where appropriate it will be the highest scoring entries across all categories which will go through as finalists
• Submissions should largely relate to projects and results from work that has taken place since November 2021.
• All entries must be submitted online by the published deadline.
• Shortlisted entrants will be notified in September.
• The entry fee is non-refundable
• The entry fee must be paid prior to the closing date. Entries received without payment will not be judged.
• All information provided to judges will be used solely for the purposes of assessing the entries. Potentially sensitive information will not be made public.
• All categories are awarded on the decision of our independent panel of judges
• The entries are judged independently online without reference to any other scorer
• Judges will be absent themselves from any discussions where they have a vested interest
• Each judge marks every element of the entry form and submits a total score for each shortlisted entry
• In the case of a tie other judges are asked to evaluate these entries again to determine a winner
• The judges’ decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into and no reasons given for decisions
• The winners will be announced and their awards will be presented on stage at The Christmas Party Awards ceremony to be held in April 2022.
• Winners may state in advertising and promotional material that they have won, but they must state the year the Award was won.
