Entry Terms and Conditions
Free Entry Terms
As a launch offer The Party awards is offering a limited number of complimentary submission entries to the event.
To be eligible for a free entry, the submission form must be fully completed and submitted by 1st August 2025.
The Party Awards reserves the right to remove this offer at any time.
Free entries hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for any other benefit.
Only one free entry is permitted per venue or company. The organisers of The Party Awards reserve the right to decline any free entry application at their sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
Venues or companies that submit the completed form by 1st August and receive approval from The Party Awards team will be issued a unique code by email. This code allows redemption of one free entry on the awards platform once submissions open on 1st August 2025.
Free entry codes are non-transferable and must be used solely by the recipient to whom they were issued.
Early Bird Category Submission Codes
Early Bird Category Submission Codes are non-refundable.
The Party Awards reserves the right to refuse or cancel the purchase of entry codes. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for the affected entrant.
Venues or companies that submit the Early Bird form by 1st August 2025 and are approved by The Party Awards team will receive unique codes by email. These codes can be redeemed on the awards platform once submissions open on 1st August 2025.
Early Bird entry codes are non-transferable and must only be used by the original purchaser.
Entry Terms and Conditions
Before submitting your entry, please carefully review the descriptions and requirements for your selected category.
Complete your entry online via the awards platform and submit it along with any supporting materials or appendices you wish to include, as well as your company logo.
Please ensure your entry adheres to the specified word count for each category (appendices do not count toward this limit). Entries that exceed the word limit may be rejected without refund. You may wish to draft your entry in a word processing document before submitting online.
All entries must be received by the deadline posted on The Party Awards website. If you do not receive confirmation that your entry has been received by this date, please contact the email address provided on the website for entry submissions.
Note that the entry fee does not cover attendance, and additional charges apply for tickets.
If your entry is shortlisted or wins, you agree that Eureka Events Ltd may promote this fact by using your company name and logo before, during, and after the event via online channels and/or printed publications.
Payment of Entry Fees
When submitting an entry, you agree to pay the associated fee online by card. Fees are charged per entry. Once payment is made, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
Award Categories
The Party Awards reserves the right to amend the list of award categories at any time. This may include adding new categories or removing existing ones at the sole discretion of the organisers, based on entry volume, industry relevance or event programming considerations.
If a category is removed after entries have been submitted, entrants will be notified and offered the option to transfer their submission to a different, relevant category or receive a full refund for that entry.
The organisers are not obliged to award a winner in any category if the judging panel determines that the entries do not meet the required standard.
Judging Process
Entries are judged by an independent panel of industry experts after the submission deadline. The shortlist will be published online prior to the event. Judging decisions are final.
Event Tickets
Tickets for the awards ceremony may be purchased online by card or via invoice upon request via the ticketing platform. Invoice payments must be settled within 14 days or at least one calendar month before the event, whichever comes first. If you do not receive a booking confirmation email, please contact the Event management team immediately.
Special Requirements
You will receive a form with your joining instructions to provide guest names, contact details, access needs and dietary requirements. This form must be returned by the stated deadline to ensure accommodation of these requests; late or incomplete responses may result in unmet requirements or additional fees. Accommodation costs are not included.
Conduct at the Event
Opinions or statements expressed by speakers or attendees reflect their personal views and do not represent Eureka Events Ltd.
Code of Conduct
The Party Awards aims to provide a respectful, inclusive and enjoyable environment for all attendees. Attendees are expected to behave professionally and courteously toward staff, fellow guests and venue personnel. Harassment, discrimination, offensive language or any form of disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone found violating this code of conduct may be removed from the event without refund and may be barred from future participation.
Special Effects and Lighting
Please inform your guests that special effects such as strobe lighting may be used. Contact us ahead of the event if you have any concerns.
Changes and Cancellations by Organisers
We reserve the right to modify the event programme, venue, speakers or date without prior notice. The event may be cancelled, postponed, relocated or suspended due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, bookings will be transferred to new dates or venues, or a credit valid for 12 months may be issued. Refunds will not be given for cancellations or changes caused by factors outside our control. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred as a result.
Force Majeure
The Party Awards and its organisers shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, strikes, or other unforeseen events (“Force Majeure Events”). In such cases, The Party Awards may postpone, cancel, or modify the event and will communicate changes as soon as practicable.
Cancellations by Entrants
Ticket cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations made more than six weeks before the event will receive a refund minus an administrative fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within six weeks of the event.
Liability
Except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability to you is limited to the amount paid for your entry or tickets. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
Photography & Recording Consent
By attending The Party Awards, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded and agree that such images or recordings may be used by The Party Awards and Eureka Events Ltd for promotional, marketing and editorial purposes in any media worldwide. If you or your guests do not wish to be identifiable in such content, please inform us prior to the event via christmas@thepartyawards.co.uk so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Privacy
Attendees full name and company name will be included in attendee lists accessible to awards organisers, venue staff and security personnel. Eureka Events Ltd collects and processes your personal data for managing your entry or booking, delivering services and communicating relevant information, including marketing similar events or products. You may unsubscribe from communications at any time by contacting christmas@thepartyawards.co.uk.

Food and Beverage
Please note that all food and drinks served during the event are provided exclusively by the venues or third party suppliers. The Party Awards organisers are not responsible for the catering or hospitality services. Any issues or complaints related to food or beverages should be directed to the venue management, not to The Party Awards team. Please ensure to notify us of any guest allergies before the event. The Party Awards can not guarantee that traces of nuts and other allergens will not be present. Please speak to our team if you have any concerns.
Accessibility
The Party Awards is committed to ensuring that all attendees have an enjoyable and accessible experience. The venues provide facilities to accommodate guests with disabilities or special needs. If you or any of your guests require assistance or specific arrangements, please notify us at the earliest opportunity so we can work with the venue to support your needs. While we make every effort to ensure accessibility, please be aware that some venue limitations may apply.
Intellectual Property
By submitting an entry, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights to the content provided, including text, images, videos and any other materials. You grant The Party Awards and Eureka Events Ltd a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, publish and promote your entry materials in connection with the Awards and related marketing activities. You retain ownership of your intellectual property, but you acknowledge and agree that your submission may be publicly displayed or published as part of the Awards promotion.
Data Security
Eureka Events Ltd takes the security of your personal data seriously and employs appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Personal data collected for The Party Awards is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for the purposes stated in the privacy policy. Use of Finalist and Winner Assets
Finalists and winners of The Party Awards will be provided with official marketing assets, including digital badges and logos, for use in promoting their recognition in the lead-up to and after the event. These materials are intended to celebrate your achievement and may be used across digital and print channels, including websites, email campaigns and social media platforms.
The Party Awards is a registered trademark. By participating in the awards, you are granted limited, revocable consent to use these official assets in accordance with these terms.
Assets must not be altered, edited, or modified in any way, including changes to colour, proportions, wording or layout. The Party Awards reserves the right to request the removal of any use of its name, logo, or assets at any time and for any reason, including misuse or breach of these guidelines. You agree to comply promptly with any such request.
Should you wish to use The Party Awards trademark or assets in any context beyond the provided materials, or for any commercial partnership or campaign, prior written permission must be obtained from Eureka Events Ltd.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law, and disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
