A 10-metre video wall integrated with in house audio decks creates a fully immersive multi-sensory experience, while a retractable stage provides a flexible platform for live entertainment. On level two, Markers, presented by FIS, offers floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Thames alongside two self-contained bars and a dedicated kitchen, ensuring smooth service and uninterrupted guest flow. Our team delivers a seamless experience through clear communication and attentive service. A comprehensive pre-event information pack ensures clients feel fully prepared throughout the planning process. On the day of the event, a fully staffed reception team welcomes guests, while a dedicated guest services advisor oversees all operational elements, including catering, audio-visual, and entertainment.
The guest services advisor will schedule a call one week prior to the event to confirm all final details with the client, covering logistics, catering, staffing, compliance and safety and any special requests. Beyond this scheduled touchpoint, clients are welcome to reach out at any time with questions and the advisor is always on hand to provide support. Following the event, a follow-up email is sent within 48 hours to capture guest feedback, resolve any issues and discuss future opportunities with the client.
For clients interested in a bespoke menu or a personalised dining experience, menu tastings are scheduled four weeks prior to the event. This ensures adequate time to confirm choices, make amendments and allow our chefs to accommodate requests and adjust based on feedback.
