Celebrating the festive season at Dartmouth House in style, in an elegant Georgian mansion in the heart of Mayfair. With grand interiors, a sweeping marble staircase and a stunning French style courtyard, it is a magical setting for any corporate or social festive celebration.

One of the biggest draws for client’s booking events at Dartmouth House is that they not only hire out the Courtyard, when they book an event with us they get exclusive use of the entire venue, both ground and first floors. Client’s love this sense of exclusivity and privacy, offering a real sense of occasion, but also complete peace of mind when it comes to the wet weather plans. We work with some very high end suppliers at Dartmouth House - from florists to magicians to themed party companies and DJs.
An example is that we recently hosted a murder mystery themed party which set the precedence for the rest of the festive season.

At Dartmouth House our internal caterers, Graysons are a boutique caterer operating at the upper end of the marketplace.
As part of their commitment to environmental and social sustainability, they build lasting and meaningful relationships with customers, employees, and local communities. We align our strategies with our clients’ goals – including achieving carbon net-zero success – enabling us to raise customer awareness and enrich the overall environmental and social responsibility of their site, with numerous accreditations to reflect these efforts.

Catering is entirely bespoke. From canapes, and bowl food to fine dining and interactive food stalls (with dry ice being a favourite effect!). We host tastings in a private room overlooking Charles Street, where Chef Simon personally discusses feedback with them to ensure every detail is perfect.

Simon, Head Chef, the ultimate yes man. No matter what we ask him, no matter how incredibly complex, he is willing to do it, and genuinely, always with a smile. Last year we were asked to incorporate Indian, Irish and American cultures in to canape and bowl food menus (a challenging request!) and of course, he did it, and it was fantastic (as always). He works alongside his incredible sidekick Gülizar. Gulizar started as a kitchen porter, and has deservingly worked her way up to CDP over the last year, lovingly referred to as the ‘Mum’ of the team. We are very lucky to have a kitchen team like them, they bicker like an old married couple and we love them for it!

From enquiry to event day, our Sales team sees it through from start to finish. We believe it’s essential that the planner is present on the day, not just for consistency, but because we genuinely care about delivering what we promised.

Our sales team offer a personable approach. The team instantly develops trust with their clients. They have a wonderful and genuine enthusiasm for events and Christmas celebrations. Going that extra mile to create a bespoke and one of a kind event for their clients. A one off experience that the guest's will always remember.

Our team have an incredibly genuine passion for the venue, which is evident to our clients. Whether we are re-potting our outdoor plants to fit a colour scheme, stringing up festoon lighting, designing cushions for our wrought iron furniture, or transforming the space in to a winter wonderland (the list goes on!) – we will always go out of our way to make it happen.
