Graysons is a boutique caterer operating at the upper end of the marketplace, providing services across public visitor attractions, cultural institutions, commercial event venues, cafés, restaurants, wine bars on the high street, premium workplaces, and corporate dining. Established in 2007 and the group includes our restaurants team, conferencing, venues and events specialists.

We serve great British food combined with exceptional service. Catering is entirely bespoke. From canapes, and bowl food to fine dining and interactive food stalls (with dry ice being a favourite effect!). We host tastings in a private room where one our Chefs personally discusses feedback with the client to ensure every detail is perfect.

The teams have an incredibly genuine passion for events, which is evident to our clients. Whether we are discussing colour schemes for a wedding, or stringing up festoon lighting for Christmas or even transforming the space in to a winter wonderland (the list goes on!) – we will always go out of our way to make it happen. From our General Managers and the Operations team, to the sales team, to the Chef and their kitchen team we always go above and beyond to create memories.

Service & Delivery (Max 300 words)

We always try to facilitate site visits with our clients to help them get a feel for the space and to come up with any
solutions to their specific requirements for their events whether it be access for suppliers, or movement of guests
around the space to ensure that they feel at home and confident to facilitate the best event possible. We listen and
collaborate with our clients in the lead up and on the day their events to enable a pleasant and stress-free experience.
We collaborate with some fantastic suppliers to provide expert guidance to event planners in the best solutions at the venue for their events.

We work and collaborate with direct clients as well as event planners in the lead up to the event to ensure that we have all information required for each area of the delivery and service. This allows us to offer seamless service for the events and
attendees. The operations team and the chefs spend time each event to offer food to clients with special dietary
requirements or allergens which ensure they feel considered and cared for. The teams always prepare maps prior to
service and have a dedicated team who integrate the diets into service to ensure all guests are served at similar
times. The chefs and operations team also have a thorough briefing in advance of the event and on the day to ensure
that all requirements are considered to ensure smooth service. We have a dedicated wine team on our dinners who
ensure that no glass is ever left empty to ensure guests enjoyment. We make guests feel welcomed and cared for
from start to finish on events. We are always flexible to changes on the day and facilitate these without hesitation
understanding that the success of the event.

Auditel provides contract-specific strategies and reporting tailored to both our requirements and those of our clients, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry progression.

To date, Graysons has made significant strides toward net zero:

Maintaining a standard of 90% fresh, seasonal foods across all sites, as verified by our Quality Audits.
Delivering low and neutral carbon impact menu options, which we are looking to roll out to further sites during 2025.
Innovating to reduce the impact of unavoidable food waste, for example using hot composting and vermiculture or partnering with local charities who make use of leftover food.
Using Auditel’s expertise to ensure the most accurate and appropriate carbon analysis methods.
