During the festive season, LIMIN transforms into an Après-Ski Caribbean Winter Lodge. We layer Caribbean flair with festive sparkle, replacing predictable winter décor with bold, soulful design. Guests are whisked from the Southbank to the Alps, with a detour through Trinidad.
Our style is a whimsical fusion of cozy après vibes, featuring skis, fir trees, big bold murals, roaring firepits (thanks youtube!) and twinkling fairy lights, paired with mouthwatering island food with a unique mountain twist, and carefully curated cocktails.The concept is designed to feel like a getaway, not just a trip out.
What makes our theme unique is the evolution of the evening. As the night unfolds, the cozy lodge atmosphere erupts into a riot of color, feathers and Soca rhythms. The Alpine serenity gives way to a high-energy Carnival spirit, complete with fire performances and legendary limbo competitions.

We reimagined the festive season by transforming our famous ‘beach club’ into a magical ski lodge. Pronounced “lime-in”, the Trinidadian term for having fun with great food and company, our mission is always to ensure every guest feels celebrated from the moment they arrive.
The decor is a playful mix of alpine soul and cozy intimacy, with skis hanging from the ceiling and fairy lights draped everywehere you look, creating a soft and intimate glow. It’s magical.
The energy at LIMIN is instantly uplifting. Our resident DJs are experts at reading the room, seamlessly transitioning from laid-back parang tracks to full-throttle party energy.
Our event spaces is versatile, from planning intimate retreats, high-energy office parties, from family gatherings or first ‘of many’ dates. We’ve got the perfect space offering a unique alternative to the "norm."
Each space offers distinct atmosphere and design. From our private intimate space, D’Lodge, to the warm and cosy Stag Bar, filled with low, soft seating, each space feels intentionally different. Shamonix delivers high energy moments on the dance floor, while the Chalet Gallery features fir trees that enhance the winter lodge feel, encased in a unique large retractable roof and windows. Completing this journey is our Carib Beach that, weather permitting, becomes the perfect addition to a Caribbean Christmas, adding more island touch to the festive experience. Each year, our snow machine makes its annual appearance, spreading snowfall across Gabriels Wharf and adding an extra layer of festive magic.

Food and drink are central to the LIMIN experience. Rooted in bold Caribbean heritage and delivered with a festive, contemporary twist, our food and beverage offering is sociable, flavour-led and unforgettable.
For the festive season, we reimagine comfort food through a Caribbean lens with an Après-ski edge. Our Winter Menu blends island spice with alpine soul, from our signature Doubles and slow-cooked curried goat to Cheese Fondue served with coconut bread, and our Croque Monquier with Trini Ham. This year we responded to guest feedback, and introduced a Classic British Christmas Roast, elevated LIMIN-style: traditional turkey with all the trimmings, alongside rice & peas, plantain, jerk gravy and sorrel cranberry sauce, a vibrant, spiced take on tradition.
Our catering formats are intentionally social and extremely flexible, ranging from generously sized canapés and coconut-shell bowl food to sharing feasts and plated set menus. We also often create bespoke menus to suit the occasion.
We are vegan and vegetarian-friendly, with flexibility for all dietary requirements, ensuring every guest feels part of the feast.
Our drinks packages elevate energy, with our unlimited packages that allow guests to fully immerse themselves in the celebration without having to think about the bill at the end of the night.
We offer interactive experiences led by our team, including Doubles and Rum Masterclasses, using our own LIMIN rum and off menu specials. Guests can get hands-on, learn the stories behind the flavours.
